Eye Movement Desensitizatoin Reprocessing is a trauma informed therapy modality. Amanda is a trained EMDR therapist. EMDR helps people reprocess traumatic memories in a safe way to promote emotional healing. EMDR helps people feel and think in more resilient ways when impacted by trauma.

CBT

Amanda offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for such challenges as anxiety, depression, and more. CBT helps people develop positive thought cycles and thus improve overall mental health. Some clients find benefit in creating a healthier thought, feeling and action cycle through CBT techniques.
